Check XRechnung 3.0.2, current KoSIT configuration and EN 16931 migration.

Dynafis checks XRechnung 3.0.2 for UBL 2.1 structure, CIUS-DE mandatory data and local plausibility rules. The external KoSIT validator remains authoritative for official rule validation; Dynafis records the current validator configuration release dated 31 August 2026.

How EN 16931:2026 affects XRechnung

EN 16931-1:2026 was published in May 2026. During the official migration EN 16931:2017 remains compliant, so established XRechnung technical URNs containing :2017 must not be rewritten independently.

Validation scope

Checks include CustomizationID/ProfileID, BuyerReference or Leitweg-ID, EndpointID, parties, tax categories, totals and UBL structure. Recipient- or portal-specific requirements may still apply.

Before submission

For public-sector or contract-critical destinations also run the current KoSIT validation and inspect the response from the actual delivery channel. Local validation does not confirm delivery.
