1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of dynafis by businesses, organisations, tax and finance teams, accounting firms and other professional users. Consumer use is permitted only where expressly offered. Deviating terms apply only if confirmed in writing.
2. Services
dynafis provides software functions for structured processing of invoice and finance data, uploads, OCR/AI extraction, review queues, monthly processes, export packages, client and compliance workflows, API/webhook integrations and support processes. The exact scope depends on plan, add-ons, country settings, technical requirements and availability.
3. Registration, roles and access
Users must provide accurate information during registration and contracting, protect access credentials and carefully manage roles, clients, permissions and API keys. The workspace owner is responsible for lawful use by invited users.
4. No tax, legal or accounting advice
dynafis is an automation and assistance system. Outputs, review notes, tax codes, export files, monthly analyses, compliance status and AI suggestions are technical work products and not tax, legal, audit or accounting advice. Users remain responsible for professional review, approval, filing, archiving and compliance with legal obligations.
5. AI, OCR and errors
AI, OCR and rule-based outputs may be incomplete, incorrect or ambiguous, especially with poor document quality, special cases, foreign invoices, tax exceptions, incorrect source data or inconsistent data sources. dynafis does not replace final tax or legal approval. Users must review outputs before use and correct errors.
6. User obligations
Users must be legally entitled to process uploaded data, must not upload unlawful, harmful or unlawfully obtained content, must professionally review outputs, comply with retention, tax and data protection duties and ensure required consents, information notices or data processing agreements.
7. Plans, add-ons, AI credits and payment
Prices, limits, AI credits, add-ons, export functions, billing periods and termination periods follow the displayed offer or contract. Paid add-ons may trigger additional monthly or usage-based fees. Failed or cancelled payments do not create an entitlement to paid functions.
8. Data, export and customer responsibility
Customers remain owners of their entered and uploaded content. dynafis processes customer data to provide the booked functions. Customers are responsible for their own backups, export checks and professional archiving decisions where legal obligations require them.
9. Availability, maintenance and changes
We strive for stable availability but cannot exclude maintenance, updates, security measures, provider outages, integration changes or force majeure. Functions may be developed, adapted or replaced while reasonably considering users' legitimate interests.
10. Suspension and abuse prevention
We may temporarily restrict access, API use or functions if security risks, payment arrears, legal violations, misuse, risks to other customers or unusual system load occur. Customers' legitimate interests will be considered appropriately.
11. Liability
dynafis has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under mandatory law. In cases of simple negligence, liability exists only for breach of material contractual duties and is limited to typically foreseeable damage. To the extent permitted by law, there is no liability for unchecked adoption of automated or AI-generated results, professional decisions by users, incorrect source data, improper use or outages of external services.
12. Term, termination and data access
Contracts, trials, termination periods and export options depend on the selected plan or individual contract. After contract end, access may be restricted; statutory retention, billing and deletion duties remain unaffected.
13. Final provisions
The law agreed in the applicable contract applies. Mandatory consumer protection or data protection provisions remain unaffected where applicable. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
