Peppol / EN16931

Understand Peppol BIS 3.0.21, PINT EU 1.1.1 and EN 16931-1:2026.

Dynafis uses mandatory Peppol BIS Billing 3.0.21, in force since 17 August 2026, with EN 16931 validation artefacts 1.3.16. PINT EU 1.1.1 is also modelled as the final EU specialization aligned to PINT base 1.1.3.

EN 16931-1:2026

The new EN 16931-1:2026 was published in May 2026 and the 2017 edition was formally withdrawn. The 2017 edition remains compliant during migration, so established Peppol/XRechnung identifiers containing :2017 remain valid until the relevant profiles define their migration.

Peppol BIS Billing 3.0.21

Release 3.0.21 includes updated code lists and validation artefacts plus optional profile 02 “Billing with response”. Profile 02 requires separate SMP registration and must not be assumed for existing participants.

PINT EU 1.1.1

PINT EU 1.1.1 has final status since June 2026 and aligns to PINT base 1.1.3 plus current Peppol/EN 16931 artefacts. Dynafis keeps PINT readiness-only until a concrete market and provider route is production-enabled.
