Connect the KSeF API to Dynafis

Configure token, environment, NIP and permissions for direct KSeF submission.

The KSeF Poland marketplace card enables the FA(3) exporter. For direct transmission, Dynafis additionally manages separate KSeF connection profiles for test, demo and production.

Three separate profiles

Select the test, demo or production profile. Each profile has its own context NIP, encrypted token, connection status and test history. Viewing another profile never overwrites its credentials.

Active workflow environment

Use “Use as active environment” to choose which saved profile is used by invoice review, monthly close and submission. Merely selecting a tab or dropdown entry only opens it for editing and does not activate it.

Token and environment must match

KSeF credentials are environment-specific. Test, demo and production use separate portals, permissions and data sets. A production token therefore cannot authenticate against test or demo. Production submissions still require explicit confirmation.

Safely replace secrets

Tokens are encrypted per workspace and shown only as a fingerprint after saving. An empty token field keeps the secret of the selected profile. Revocation affects that profile only.
