What does a warning status mean?

Warning means usable, but with uncertainty or a review hint before export, approval or submission.

A warning status means processing produced a usable result, but at least one point should be consciously reviewed before approval, export or submission.

Warning versus error

An error may block mandatory data or technical validity. A warning indicates uncertainty, deviation or context that is not necessarily wrong in every case.

Handle a warning

Open the rule reference, affected field and source location. Confirm the value, correct it or document why the deviation is acceptable in this case.

Do not ignore the status

Many warnings may indicate a wrong profile or poor source data. Resolve recurring causes and validate again before bulk exports.
