Upload PDF, XML and image files

Which file types Dynafis processes and what to check before upload.

Dynafis accepts documents only within configured size, type and security limits. The file name alone does not determine whether a format is allowed.

Supported inputs

PDF is suitable for visible invoices, XML for structured e-invoices, and PNG/JPG for scans or photos. Hybrid formats may contain embedded XML inside a PDF.

Security checks

Upload validates size, signature and content type. XML is limited against unsafe entities and excessive structures; encrypted or unreadable PDFs require a new source file.

Good source quality

Use complete, straight documents without cropped edges. Keep XML files unchanged so schema, paths and rule references remain traceable.
